A business case is the justification to decide a certain course of action in an organisation. As business analyst we always ‘recommend solutions’ to help the organisation to reach its goals and objectives. Through business case, we present a 360 degree view of a given solution to enable the management to make a decision. During this webinar, we will review the various elements of business case such as need assessment, desired outcomes, assess alternatives and recommended solution. We will also discuss the typical format of a business case document.
