Mr. Vikram Sivaraman is the Assistant Vice President [Business Analysis] whose qualifications include a Master’s degree in Communication Engg, Business and Administration; and working knowledge in Education, IT, Banking and Finance, Hospitality and Telecom domains. He is a trained and working practioner in the Business Analysis. Six+ years of industrial experience having worked in different roles as RF Engg in a leading Telecom MNC (Huawei Telecom), team-member of successful commercial GSM launch projects like Reliance, IDEA and BSNL and Retail Analyst in NZ, Senior Business Consultant for SharePoint (SP) related Projects in Construction & Supply Chain.

Mohan Kumar Subramani is a 12 years experienced IT Professional who possesses experience working in communication, Retail, Banking and Credit Card domains. He is currently working as a Technical Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst for Wipro. He has worked with Infosys - A CMMI Level 5 Company in the past. He has also worked in the United States with Big clients like AT&T, MasterCard and C&S Wholesale. He is an Electrical & electronics Engineer from Chennai. JEGAN JAYABAL, BE, MBA
Mr. Jegan Jayabal has done his BE in Mechanical Engineering and served as a lecturer for one year before pursuing his MBA. He is specialized in operations and finance and then went on to work as a Personal banker in Retail Branch Banking in HDFC Bank. He has completed Master Diploma in Mechanical CADD and undergone projects like Cost sheet analysis in GB engineering Pvt Ltd and Time Study analysis of a windmill to improve its Production efficiency in Velmurugan Industries, Trichy. He had retail experience of two years as an Operations Manager and has been assisted for developing ERP software. He conducted various events and seminars in new product development across various colleges encouraging the students to induce their knowledge in New Product development.
BHARATHI LINGAPANDIAN, B.E
M/s. Bharathi has about 5 years of experience working with Business Analysts team members in creating current and future state maps using Microsoft Visio, solution design and follow-up support and interact with clients in process improvement initiatives. This includes customization, partnering with other consultants to assess client implementation needs, craft innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, and implement these plans to exceed the client’s expectations. Assist in managing technical projects that coincide with an ERP implementation in Supply Chain, Construction, Manufacturing and Entertainment.
ANBARASAN MARIAPPAN, B.E, (MECH)
He is Mechanical Engineer by profession and has vast experience having worked as Quality Assurance Engineer in Aquasub Engineering. The typical profiles he has been a part of include analyzing and changing the processes relevant to New Product Development. To take corrective and preventive action for Internal and External customer complaints. Problem Solving related to quality issues. Acted as a Incharge of internal and External ISO audits, TPM Implementation team, and Continuous Improvement Team.
GOKUL RAJ, M.E
He had done his undergraduate degree in Engineering at PSG Tech Coimbatore and completed ME in Anna University Chennai. Previously he had been trained and worked as GET in a leading logistics and supply chain company called Allcargo Logistics Ltd, located at Mumbai. Currently, he is working as a business consultant in Fhysics Business Consultants Ltd. He had worked in areas like engineering, marketing and management.
