Returns & Refunds

How can I track my return?

If you’ve already sent your return back to us, you can track its progress using your tracking number. You’ll find this in the email you received when you dropped off your return, or in the email that contained your QR code or barcode. Remember that regardless of where your items were shipped from, you can follow our usual returns process for all of them.

Returned with Hermes collections? You’ll find your tracking number in the email you received from Rebound confirming your collection details. If you've returned an item sold and shipped by an FhyzicsShops Brand Partner, you won't be able to track your return - we'll let you know once it's been processed.

If your return is showing as delivered...

It can take up to 10 days for your return to reach us and be processed. If your return is showing as delivered back to FhyzicsShops and you’ve not had an update, please allow an additional 48 hours for our warehouse to process your return.   

As soon as your return has been processed, we‘ll send you an email – and if you’re using FhyzicsShops app and have opted into receiving notifications, we’ll also send you a notification once your return has been completed. For more info on getting notifications, click here.
