Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
We’re no longer offering free exchanges to UK customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our warehouse team. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
- Returns are FREE and trackable.
- You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund.
- It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed.
- Refunds can take New Balance 327 to show on your account.
How to return
Haven’t you heard? FhyzicsShops now do returns online!
You’ll no longer receive a paper returns slip or returns label with your order. Instead, you'll need to create your return with your preferred carrier through 'My Returns'. Find out how to return here.

If none of these options are suitable, you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier. Please note: you’ll have to cover the postage costs yourself if you choose to make your own arrangements.
After you've returned
It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach the warehouse. We'll send you an email once your return has been processed. All refunds are subject to our original condition and fair use policies miscellany out in our Returns Policy.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.
If you use the FhyzicsShops app and have opted to receive notifications, we’ll also send you a notification once your return has been completed. You can find more info on notifications here.
It can take New Balance 327 for the funds to show on your account.
