Synopsis:
Process is a set of sequential activities carried out in a predetermined order to deliver value to its customers. All organisations on the face of earth have finite number of processes and can be categorised as primary, secondary and management process. Process analysis assesses a process for its efficiency and effectiveness, as well as its ability to identify opportunities for change. We will unravel process analysis and its elements such as identify gaps and areas to improve, identify root cause, generate and evaluate options, SIPOC and value stream mapping.
