During one of the recent chess championship match the reporters asked the winner and the runner-up that how many steps they think in advance before making any move. The runner-up said he things 14 steps in advance and the winner said 22 steps. How far we are able to think with relative accuracy makes the difference between winning and losing. Decision making shows how repeatable business decisions are made.
