Job Description: Fhyzics Business Consultants is looking out for an Admin cum receptionist to be based out in our Madipakkam office. The position shall report to the HR Manager. The position shall culminate to a permanent role on satisfactory completion of probation post 6-months after a joint review with the Principal Consultant. The position requires the individual to:
· Welcoming the guests either when they are over the phone or when they visit us in person
· Assist in travel and stay related bookings of the employees travel
· Maintenance of log book to track visitors movement
· Maintenance of the telecommunication systems within the organisation
· Complete Office related utilities payments
· Be responsible for handling the keys of the office
· Assist in printing and printer maintenance
· Ordering water cans and food based on needs
