Both Strategy and Effective Implementation are equally important, but the former is more important than the latter. If an organisation sails a ship with wrong strategy (wrong direction), it will never reach the destination. Strategy is the one that connects the organisation’s vision with its operations. Strategy is the ‘Master Plan’ for an organisation to succeed in the market place. Strategy gives a unique approach for an organisation to conduct its operations.
