USPS and Vans Ship Out Special Old Skools, Sk8-His and More

The USPS have teamed up with Vans for a mail carrier-inspired collection of footwear and apparel that pulls from postal workers' famous blue uniforms and the USPS' familiar iconography. Air Force 1 Experimental Sk8-Hi MTE-1, a Sk8-Hi Reissue, an Old Skool and an Authentic. Each pulls from a different part of the Postal Service's story. The Sk8-Hi MTE-1 draws from mail carrier uniforms and features an element-ready construction with sherpa fleece linings, reflective tongue badges, grippy outsoles and more. The Sk8-Hi Reissue borrows its colours and graphic hits from Priority Mail envelopes and boxes, while the Old Skool keeps things simple with a no-frills colour scheme, denim Jazz Stripe, and a postage stamp-inspired hit on its midsole and tongue. Last but not least, the Authentic is constructed of denim and features a repeating postal service print. There's also a collection of apparel that includes a hoodie, tee, beanie and more.

If you're looking to get served some of this postal goodness, you can expect the release via the Vans webstore and at Foot Locker come November 29, with the Sk8-Hi Reissue arriving exclusively at Foot Locker on January 20. Prices for the collection's pieces range from $28 to $115.
