The Kim Jones-Designed Dior Gravity Collection Hosts the B33 and B27
Still at the helm of is legendary designer , and for Fall/Winter 2024, he’s designed a leather capsule collection that brings forth the iconic Oblique motif once again. Included in the collection are multiple leather accessories, plus two of the fashion house's most luxurious sneakers – the and Both silhouettes have been decked out in four monochromatic colourways: beige, grey, khaki and white.
Arguably, the highlight of the collection is the B27, the skate-inspired mainstay in Dior’s extensive footwear catalogue. Sparking memories of Y2K creations from DC and Globe, the B27 has continued to shine through fresh colourways since its 2020 debut, and it almost always sports the Oblique monogram. The latest iterations are no different, and host complete grained calfskin leather uppers, choosing a low-top variation with debossed branding details on each side. Following up the B27 is an interesting B33 that’s also been doused in grained calfskin leather uppers. This model originally debuted last year through a collaboration with Tremaine Emory’s Denim Tears brand, and it has stayed on as a regular in Dior’s footwear offering every season.
