have announced Michelle Robertson as their new Human Resources Chief and Executive Board Member, in charge of global HR and people and culture. Robertson brings 18 years of experience to the role, as she previously headed adidas’ workplaces and global functions and was at Reebok prior to joining the Three Stripes. Robertson replaces Amanda Rajkumar, who left the company in July this year. Robertson was appointed interim Global HR lead at the time, but now the deal is official and her new role will commence from January 1, 2024.
Robertson will be the sole female presence on the executive board, sitting alongside CEO Bjørn Gulden, CFO Harm Olmeyer, Global Sales Lead Arthur Hoeld, and Global Operations Head Martin Shankland. Her fellow board members have welcomed her appointment in a series of statements.
