Martine Rose Debuts Second Clarks Collection in Paris

Subscribe to our Newsletter, Martine Rose A guiding light for the fashion industry Clarks in early 2023, the British-Jamaican designer has now revealed newest her collection for Fall/Winter at Paris Fashion Week. Her sophomore Clarks project (her debut collaboration was revealed at London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2024), includes several Clarks staples inflated to emphasise contours and shape.

One of the more eye-catching designs no doubt involves the Torhill Hi. A classic Clarks mid-cut silhouette, the model has been overhauled with crocodile and pony hair uppers in citrusy orange and brown hues. Down below sit scored rubber outsoles, while collaborative hangtags reinforce the partnership. The Clarks Slingback and Clog also make an appearance, both adopting Rose’s signature corporate vest – albeit reframed within a modernist lens.

Known for her use of gaudy colours (the Nike Shox MR4 was without-a-doubt one of the most impressive collaborations of 2023) and punk rock sensibilities, we can’t wait to see what Rose is growing in her garden over the coming months.
