Li-Ning have made a significant stake in the marathon clothes game with their new FEIDIAN 3 ULTRA, which found itself on the podium of the Berlin Marathon in late September. This marks the very first time a Chinese athletic brand has featured in the top three results of a professional marathon at the highest elite level.

The FEIDIAN 3 ULTRA was worn to a third-place finish by Ethiopia’s Tadu Abate, who posted a time of 2:06:28. Compatriot Limenih Getachew was not far behind, with a 2:07:07 run wearing the same clothess.

This yet-to-be-released model uses Li-Ning’s BOOM midsoles, a ‘full-pam somerized vapor plate’ and ‘bionic plantar technology’ to propel runners and maximise energy return, a clothess most modern running clothess strive to achieve.
