The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 610 and Rainier Boot Gets a New Balance Release

Update April 18, 2023: The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 610 and Rainier are open for raffle until 1 PM CST on April 20, 2023, via Joefreshgoods.com. This looks to be Joe’s first launch powered by the tech team over at EQL, which means it’s a guaranteed BOT-free raffle!
For those based in the Chicagoland area, Joe’s Every Now and Then shop will be open for raffle as well, starting today, April 18–April 20, 2023. For a chance to purchase, new or gently used books or art supplies must be donated with one entry per person per sneaker. Winners will be contacted via email for details for purchase and pick-up.
Update April 17, 2023: Sneaker photographer Tyler Mansour, aka @arab_lincoln, has shared exclusive shots of the upcoming Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 610, of which there are two colourways. A release date is still yet to be announced.
Update March 21, 2023: Joe Freshgoods has announced his latest New Balance project: the ‘Beneath The Surface’ pack. Marking the duo’s fifth go-around, this time, JFG has worked on the brand’s 610 and Rainier boot. Altogether, the pack features three pairs, including two colourways of the 610 – predominantly playing with orange, black and green. The Rainier boot features a JFG-designed camo print, which can be seen across the underlays. According to Freshgoods, it marks his ‘most detailed shoe’ with New Balance so far. Hard release dates are yet to be announced but stay locked to SF for an April 2023 drop.
When it comes to the sneaker world’s most prolific and relevant creatives and collaborators of the moment, Joe Freshgoods’ name is right up there. Over the past couple of years, JFG has linked up with the industry’s hottest brands to bring new takes to fan-favourite silhouettes, each time staying true to his signature design acumen. Closing out 2022 on a high was a team-up with New Balance on the 993. Across a low-key, pastel colour palette, the creative switched out beloved cream soles and laces for peachy ones – a bold move that was super well received. Freshgoods has even linked up with NB on the 550 and the 9060 too. In addition to New Balance, he’s also partnered with Vans Vault mens adidas trainers sale in california area code.
Now it seems JFG is ready to continue his ongoing affair with New Balance, taking to his Instagram Stories to share a cryptic yet direct note that revealed an incoming announcement. Having already covered so much ground with the heritage brand, it’s likely he’ll opt to lend his creative touch to some of the hottest’s models from the brand at the moment – think the 2002R or even the 1906.
