Update September 29, 2023: Concepts have officially announced the release date for the New Balance 998 'C-Note'. The 10th anniversary reissue arrives on October 5, 2023.
Subscribe to our Newsletter have established a rich history with one another, as the frequent collaborators have dropped hit after hit since the retailer opened their doors in 1996. Now, it looks like one of their best collaborations is returning for its 10th anniversary.
The , taking design inspiration from the then-new $100 dollar bill. The new bill featured a blue 3D security ribbon and had copper, green, and teal tones alongside a larger Benjamin Franklin. The collaborative 998 reflected the new C-Note, using suede throughout the sneaker with olive and brown panelling seen on the upper. Blue strips are seen on the medial and lateral forefoot of the midsole, taking from the blue security ribbon, and a cream and grey midsole and black outsole finish off the sneaker.
A drop date for the Concepts x New Balance 998 ‘C-Note’ is not known, but expect it to drop in the near future via Concepts’ channels. Keep it locked to FhyzicsShops as we await more information.
