‘New year, new me’ is a trope that we quickly adopt (and usually shed) every January, but in the case of the sneaker scene, we’re right to expect a little shake-up. Given the criticisms the industry faced throughout last year, it’s no premium that brands are looking to drop something a little different. 80s styles may have been all the rage over the past few years, but 2024’s most exciting releases see the 90s and early aughts take centre stage, with a whole host of long-awaited retros and Y2K-inspired styles to come. The model will drop in two colourways: a red and blue one that looks like a Peter Parker PE and a yellow and red gradient colourway with chrome accenting that gives off Guy Fieri vibes. We’re definitely ready to stand out with this upcoming Salehe x NB colab.

The Heaven by Marc Jacobs x ASICS colab won’t be for everyone, but there’s no denying it’s refreshing to see the sneaker scene step it up when it comes to uber-feminine silhouettes. Balancing a strappy, Mary-Jane style upper and a comfy GEL-tech sole, we’re expecting to see this one take over the fashion circuit very soon.
